Welcome to Dimensio App, developed and operated by Dimensio S.A.S. (hereinafter “Dimensio”). By downloading, accessing, or using our application on Meta Quest devices or other platforms, you (hereinafter “the User”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you do not agree with these conditions, please refrain from using the application.
1. Purpose
Dimensio is a virtual reality application that enables the visualization of real estate and architectural projects in immersive environments. Its purpose is to provide interactive experiences for buyers, investors, construction companies, and architects.
2. Profile Creation and User Data
2.1. To ensure a seamless experience, the User authorizes Dimensio to create and maintain a digital profile with information voluntarily provided (name, email, company, preferences, usage history, etc.).
2.2. This profile may be used across current and future Dimensio platforms, ensuring service continuity and personalized improvements.
2.3. The User acknowledges and accepts that Dimensio may collect, store, and process technical usage data (usage times, interactions, visited projects, etc.) for optimization, product development, and market analysis purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All intellectual and industrial property rights over the application, its functionalities, digital content, source code, designs, virtual environments, and graphic materials belong exclusively to Dimensio S.A.S.
3.2. 3D models, renders, and virtual experiences provided by construction companies, architects, or third parties for integration into Dimensio will be considered temporarily licensed content, without implying any transfer of rights over the application or its technology to said third parties.
3.3. Dimensio reserves the right to store, display, and optimize these models within its platform, including future versions, unless otherwise agreed contractually with the client.
3.4. Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the application and its content is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of User Information
4.1. The User grants Dimensio a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, and transferable license to use the provided data for:
- Delivering personalized services.
- Developing new functionalities.
- Communicating app improvements, updates, or related information.
- Conducting market studies and internal statistics.
4.2. Dimensio may share aggregated and anonymized usage data with third-party partners or corporate clients, ensuring no sensitive personal data is compromised.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Dimensio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application and is not responsible for technical failures, network errors, or device incompatibilities.
5.2. Dimensio is not liable for purchase, investment, or transaction decisions made by the User or third parties based on the virtual experience.
5.3. The application is offered “as is,” with no express or implied warranties regarding commercial outcomes.
6. Modifications
Dimensio may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available within the application and on Dimensio’s official website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
